Your employer uses JL Partners to run payroll. Please fill this in before your first pay – it takes about 5 minutes.
We only ask for what we need to pay you correctly and report to Inland Revenue.
How we use your information
JL Partners Chartered Accountants runs payroll for your employer. We collect the information on this form so that your employer can pay you
correctly and report your pay, tax and KiwiSaver to Inland Revenue, as employers must do under New Zealand tax law.
Who sees it: the JL Partners payroll team and your employer. When you start, your employer sends Inland Revenue your name, IRD number,
date of birth, start date, contact details, address and KiwiSaver details. After that, your pay and the tax and KiwiSaver deducted are
reported each payday.
Do you have to give it? Giving it is up to you, but if your employer does not receive a completed IR330 tax code declaration,
they must deduct tax at the non-notified rate of 45% plus ACC earners' levy. Without an email address we cannot send you payslips.
How it is kept: it is sent securely to our payroll team, and deleted from this form system once it has been entered into payroll
(and in any case after 60 days).
Your rights: you can ask to see or correct your information at any time. Contact JL Partners Chartered Accountants,
